Excellent Hotel Experience
mall connection good breakfast helpful employees easy access
The direct connection to the mall was very convenient. Breakfast offered many choices. The employees were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It was easy to get a taxi to jbr beach from the hotel entrance.
The soundproofing wasn't great, I could hear noise from outside.

Staff at reception provided clear information and addressed all my questions promptly. The housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness daily. Room service was efficient and always on time.

The family room had adequate space, including a king-sized bed and a sofa bed. The room included a mini-fridge. The air conditioning system worked effectively. Blackout curtains ensured a dark room.

The shopping mall access was very convenient. The location allowed easy access to a variety of stores and restaurants. The breakfast offered good choices of food and drink. The hotel has direct access to public transportation.

the breakfast had sufficient options to start the day.
The room i was assigned had a noticeable smoke smell. I had not reserved a smoking room and the hotel indicated no other rooms were available.
